Abstract
Este plan de negocios presenta la propuesta de una empresa automotriz especializada en la importación y comercialización de vehículos híbridos desde Estados Unidos y China hacia el mercado mexicano, con el objetivo de satisfacer una creciente demanda por opciones de movilidad más sostenibles y eficientes. Aprovechando el auge global por la transición energética y la disminución de emisiones contaminantes, la empresa busca posicionarse como un actor relevante dentro del mercado mexicano de vehículos ecológicos, ofreciendo vehículos de alta calidad, respaldo técnico y un enfoque centrado en el cliente. La estrategia empresarial contempla establecer una filial en México, la cual operará como el centro de distribución y comercialización. Esta filial trabajará con una red de concesionarios estratégicamente seleccionados bajo un modelo de colaboración que garantiza la cobertura territorial, soporte técnico, posventa y la experiencia de marca. El modelo de negocio también contempla alianzas con operadores logísticos y agentes de aduana para facilitar la importación, nacionalización y almacenamiento de los vehículos, manteniendo la eficiencia operativa y reduciendo los costos logísticos.
This business plan presents the proposal of an automotive company specializing in the import and sale of hybrid vehicles from the United States and China to the Mexican market, aiming to meet the growing demand for more sustainable and efficient mobility options. Taking advantage of the global boom in energy transition and the reduction of polluting emissions, the company seeks to position itself as a relevant player in the Mexican eco-friendly vehicle market, offering high-quality vehicles, technical support, and a customer-centric approach. The business strategy includes establishing a subsidiary in Mexico, which will operate as the distribution and marketing center. This subsidiary will work with a network of strategically selected dealerships under a collaborative model that guarantees territorial coverage, technical support, after-sales service, and brand experience. The business model also includes partnerships with logistics operators and customs brokers to facilitate the import, nationalization, and storage of vehicles, maintaining operational efficiency and reducing logistics costs.
