Abstract

En el presente artículo, el Profesor Gutiérrez Bendezú propone alternativas innovadoras respecto a los bienes y servicios relacionados al sector de sanidad. Asimismo, evalúa cuales son las problemáticas actuales impuestas por nuestro ordenamiento y sugiere como solucionarlas para fomentar las inversiones.In this paper, Professor Gutiperrez Bendezú shows innovative alternatives related to goods and services in the health sector. Furthermore, he evaluated which are the current obstacles imposed by our legal system and suggests how to solve them in order to encourage more investments.
