Abstract
La presente investigación tiene como propósito elaborar un plan estratégico para la empresa agroexportadora La Grama en el periodo 2025-2027, con el objetivo de asegurar su sostenibilidad y consolidar su liderazgo en el mercado de la exportación de jengibre orgánico de calidad. La empresa enfrenta actualmente problemas críticos como la escasez de materia prima, la informalidad predominante en el sector y una mayor rigurosidad sobre la calidad en los mercados internacionales. El análisis integral realizado mediante herramientas como el análisis de fortalezas, oportunidades, debilidades y amenazas (FODA), el análisis cultural, administrativo, geográfico y económico (CAGE) de los mercados actuales y potenciales (NYU Stern, s.f.) y las cinco fuerzas de Porter permitió identificar las oportunidades y amenazas del entorno, así como las fortalezas y debilidades internas de la organización. A partir de este diagnóstico, se plantea un plan estratégico enfocado en resolver los problemas productivos que limitan la capacidad de abastecimiento, mediante el incremento en la captación de campos de cultivo y la implementación de tecnologías que optimicen la gestión de calidad y trazabilidad del producto.
De igual manera, se propone fortalecer la relación con los productores locales para garantizar un suministro continuo y sostenible de materia prima, permitiendo cubrir la demanda insatisfecha de clientes actuales y asegurar la continuidad del negocio.
The purpose of this research is to develop a strategic plan for the agro-exporting company La Grama in the period 2025-2027, with the objective of ensuring its sustainability and consolidating its leadership in the quality organic ginger export market. The company currently faces critical problems such as a shortage of raw materials, the predominant informality in the sector and greater rigor regarding quality in international markets. The comprehensive analysis carried out using tools such as the analysis of strengths, weaknesses, opportunities and threats (SWOT), the cultural, administrative, geographical and economic analysis (CAGE) of current and potential markets (NYU Stern, n.d.) and the five forces of Porter allowed us to identify the opportunities and threats in the environment, as well as the internal strengths and weaknesses of the organization. Based on this diagnosis, a strategic plan is proposed focused on solving the production problems that limit supply capacity, by increasing the capture of crop fields and the implementation of technologies that optimize quality management and product traceability. Likewise, it is proposed to strengthen the relationship with local producers to guarantee a continuous and sustainable supply of raw materials, allowing us to cover the unsatisfied demand of current customers and ensure business continuity.
