Plan estratégico de la empresa Bull Automotive Inc. en el mercado europeo para el periodo 2024-2029

Abstract

La empresa automotriz Bull Automotive viene operando en China, Estados Unidos y Europa, con fábricas de producción en China y Estados Unidos. Sin embargo, en Europa su participación era baja y no ofrecía autos eléctricos, siendo un mercado muy atractivo por sus diversas iniciativas para preservar el medio ambiente (tendencia mundial) con la menor contaminación posible y la legislación europea. Tras diversos estudios, Bull Automotive en su sede Europa va a dedicarse a la importación de autos eléctricos modelo SUV en dos versiones: de dos filas de asientos y de tres filas de asientos, enfocándose en los países Francia y Alemania para el periodo 2024-2029. La importación se realizará únicamente de la fábrica de Estados Unidos debido a que es lo más conveniente para la empresa por los aranceles que se tiene para ingresar a Europa. La empresa apuesta por crecer en los próximos cinco años y posicionarse en el mercado europeo contando con sólidas estrategias de marketing, operaciones, recursos humanos, responsabilidad social y finanzas habiendo realizado las proyecciones de que se tendrá una gran acogida y crecimiento para la empresa.

The automotive company Bull Automotive has been operating in China, the United States and Europe, having its production factories in China and the United States. However, in Europe its participation was low and it did not offer electric cars, being a very attractive market due to its various initiatives to preserve the environment with the least possible pollution, the world’s trend towards caring for the environment and legislation European. After various studies, Bull Automotive at its European headquarters is going to dedicate itself to the import of SUV model electric cars in two versions that are two rows of seats and three rows of seats, focusing on the countries France and Germany for the period 2024-2029. The import will be made only from the United States factory, because it is the most convenient for the company due to the tariffs required to enter Europe. The company is committed to growing in the next five years and positioning itself in the European market with solid Marketing, Operations, Human Resources, Social Responsibility and Finance strategies, having made projections that there will be great reception and growth for the company.
