Abstract
En el presente trabajo se identificaron los aspectos fundamentales de la estrategia de la empresa Ibero Librerías para proponer un plan de mejora del desempeño de los colaboradores del área Comercial. El análisis que se realizó incluye la historia de la organización, su crecimiento y su actual estrategia comercial, reconociendo sus fortalezas y debilidades para identificar oportunidades de mejora y buscar mejorar sus resultados comerciales. Se identificó como principal problema la falta de un perfil de competencias en la organización y específicamente del área Comercial; por tal motivo, se utilizó el modelo de gestión de competencias para definir aquellas que son necesarias para el cumplimiento de los objetivos organizacionales mediante entrevistas y encuestas con la gerencia general y los líderes del área Comercial; se evaluaron y seleccionaron mediante el inventario CompeTEA los resultados base de los equipos comerciales.
In this work, the fundamental aspects of the strategy of the company Ibero Librerías were identified to propose a plan to improve the performance of the collaborators in the Commercial area. The analysis that was carried out includes the history of the organization, its growth and its current commercial strategy, recognizing its strengths and weaknesses to identify opportunities for improvement and seek to improve its commercial results. The main problem was identified as the lack of a competency profile in the organization and specifically in the Commercial area; For this reason, the competency management model was used to define those that are necessary for the fulfillment of organizational objectives through interviews and surveys with general management and leaders of the Commercial area; The base results of the commercial teams were evaluated and selected using the CompeTEA inventory.
