Abstract
Este trabajo propone un plan estratégico integral para INTI BANK en el periodo 2025–2029, orientado a optimizar su rentabilidad y participación en el mercado financiero peruano. A partir de un diagnóstico profundo de su entorno interno y externo, se identificó como principal problemática la ausencia de una estrategia diferenciadora en productos financieros, lo que ha limitado su competitividad y eficiencia operativa, especialmente frente al segmento MYPE. La investigación se sustentó en herramientas como el Análisis FODA, la Matriz de Ansoff, el análisis VRIO, entre otros, complementados con una investigación de mercado basada en 408 encuestados y entrevistas a expertos del sector. Esto permitió diseñar objetivos SMART y definir estrategias funcionales en cinco áreas clave: Marketing, Operaciones, Recursos Humanos, Responsabilidad Social y Finanzas.
This paper proposes a comprehensive strategic plan for INTI BANK for the 2025–2029 period, aimed at optimizing its profitability and market share in the Peruvian financial market. Based on an in-depth assessment of its internal and external environment, the main problem identified was the lack of a differentiating strategy for financial products, which has limited its competitiveness and operational efficiency, especially in the SME segment. The research was based on tools such as SWOT Analysis, the Ansoff Matrix, and VRIO analysis, among others, complemented by market research based on 408 respondents and interviews with industry experts. This allowed for the design of SMART objectives and the definition of functional strategies in five key areas: marketing, operations, human resources, social responsibility, and finance.
