Abstract
El objetivo de este trabajo de suficiencia profesional es desarrollar una propuesta de mejora para el crecimiento de la rentabilidad de los servicios de salud de la Clínica Marbella. Las tendencias indican el aumento de longevidad en la población, brechas en la cobertura de salud y nuevas necesidades de satisfacción en los pacientes. En este contexto, la clínica puede capitalizar estas oportunidades y optimizar sus recursos disponibles para consolidarse como un centro de referencia en cirugía ambulatoria en las especialidades de urología e intervencionismo cardiovascular. Este estudio realiza un diagnóstico situacional de los factores internos y externos que enfrenta la Clínica Marbella en el sector salud. La metodología aplicada incluye la segmentación del público objetivo e investigación de mercados para determinar la demanda y las necesidades de los consumidores de salud. Además, se consultará a expertos en gestión administrativa de la salud para obtener perspectivas y recomendaciones sobre las mejores prácticas en el crecimiento de los servicios sanitarios. Como resultado final, se establecerá acciones estratégicas en un plan de gestión integral de marketing y comercial en el sector salud, aplicando metodologías lean para optimizar la eficiencia operativa y maximizar los recursos disponibles.
The objective of this professional sufficiency thesis is to develop an improvement proposal aimed at increasing the profitability of Clinica Marbella's healthcare services. Projections indicate an aging population, disparities in healthcare coverage, and evolving patient satisfaction needs. In this context, the clinic has the potential to capitalize on these opportunities and optimize its available resources to establish itself as a leading center in outpatient surgery for urology and cardiovascular interventional procedures. This study conducts a situational diagnosis of the internal and external factors Clinica Marbella faces in the healthcare industry. The applied methodology includes segmenting the target audience and conducting market research to determine the demand and needs of healthcare consumers. Additionally, consultations with healthcare management experts will provide insights and recommendations on best practices for expanding healthcare services. As a result, strategic actions will be established for Clinica Marbella's improvement proposal. The analysis is based on a comprehensive marketing and commercial management strategy within the healthcare sector, applying lean methodologies to optimize operational efficiency and maximize available resources.
