Abstract
This work will be carried out in a leading Telecommunications company, and its main objective is to develop a proposal for improvement to reduce errors in the registration of chip sales to customers and meet the minimum standards expected by the company's management and the regulatory entity. To achieve this objective, the chip sales process in the B2C Prepaid area has been examined. This process is crucial as it enables the company to attract new customers, offer them the company's value proposition, and generate the revenues committed to the executives. After reviewing the process, it was determined that the most valued attribute by the stakeholders is the accurate information provided by customers when acquiring a chip. This accuracy allows the business area to later use commercial strategies to encourage these customers to acquire internet and communication services, thereby achieving the proposed objectives. Currently, 10% of customer data contains errors, whereas in the ideal scenario, only 1% should. This discrepancy between the current and ideal scenarios highlights a problem that will serve as the lever for this case study. The study aims to propose a viable solution that the company can develop within a short period and implement through ongoing training for its commercial partners.
