Abstract
Este artículo analiza las políticas de desarrollo docente en contraste con las narrativas cotidianas de tres profesores en Chile que han debido sortear eventos críticos en su docencia. Se realizó un estudio narrativo con entrevistas en dos momentos (2017 y 2021). Los resultados muestran discordancia de ambas narrativas y la escasa pertinencia de la política para la profesionalización docente. Se discute la relación con las formas de contrahegemonía al neoliberalismo educativo y la distancia de las políticas educativas respecto de las dimensiones personales de la profesión docente.
This study analyzes teacher development policies in contrast with the daily narratives of three teachers in Chile, who have had to overcome critical events in their teaching. A narrative study was conducted with interviews at two points in time (2017 and 2021). The results show discordance of both narratives and the scarce relevance of the policy for teacher professionalization. The relationship with the forms of counter-hegemony to educational neoliberalism, and the distance of educational policies from the personal dimensions of the teaching profession are discussed.
